SUMMARY:
The dimensions of the job are to support to America Sourcing HUB.  All brands project management and analytics for the Americas are the responsibility of the job. Understanding the product creation / buy calendars, supply planning, and excellent communication skills are required.  Management of all SAP, NON SAP, vendor PO’s and consolidation of costing sourcing data are required in this role. Be an available resource for colleagues maintaining communication and engagement with vendors, merch, sales, customer service, warehouse, and brands.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive WIP management for the America’s region and report out to applicable stakeholders as needed.
Manage production priorities based on delivery needs to ensure on-time and complete delivery
Communicate issues or challenges to BRDs cross function teams to drive toward a solution.
Actively participate in the identification of root causes for vendor performance and capability gaps.
Review quality control issues from sampling and production and clearly communicate options and resolves between the brand and the supplier.
Monitor factory performance and develop knowledge of their strengths, weaknesses, issues, and goals.
Track, maintain, and provide information on the operation scorecard. Participate in the review of information to the vendor
Maintain applicable testing requirements and reports to ensure all products meet or exceed BRDs or legal requirements.
Review and execute corrective action plans with vendors as it pertains to compliance and testing.
Display a mature, objective level of communication with all brands, cross functional partners, and vendors
Understand and monitor dates on the various brand SMU Calendars, Vendor Calendars, and Buy Calendars based on the master global approved calendar
Provide SAP / PLM Data reports to support all sourcing initiatives and planning processes
Buy Log Process and Management issued to PO/Vendor Management team
Support management of various liabilities from regional vendors and communicate to stakeholders as needed
Communicate across functions and with our factory partners to gather and report financial and operational data and product development data
Collaborate on determining the raw material projections to vendors for future capacity
 
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Strong intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Excel, SAP and PLM knowledge
Passion and interest costing, finance, and manufacturing

Working knowledge of Office Suite
