On a long-term, temporary assignment, this Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for Creative, Design (apparel and footwear) and Marketing roles across the Boardriders brands and shared services markting teams.  Must have a proven track record within the Apparel/Footwear or Marketing Industry, using creative and alternative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and hire quality talent. Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will sit in our Huntington Beach office.
Provides hiring managers with advice, direction, and direct feedback throughout the interview and selection process to assist them with making informed hiring decisions.
Sources candidates through a variety of recruitment methods such as LinkedIn, Industry Job Boards and networking events to ensure we find the most qualified candidates.
Meets with hiring managers to develop specific recruiting plans that support their business goals and functional needs.
Screens resumes, interviews and refers the top qualified applicants that meet the functional needs of the department to hiring managers for interviewing.  
Extends offers to selected candidates and arranging for relocation when necessary.
Helps develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
Attracts applicants by writing advertisement and job postings based on hiring criteria.
Assists with projects and initiatives.
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.
Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures.
Adhere to local, state and federal laws.
Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) skills
Strong attention to detail & Highly organized
Ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
BA/BS and a minimum of 7+ years experience in the recruiting field
Experience with high volume, full cycle, corporate and executive recruiting
Evidence/Examples of successful, creative recruiting and sourcing candidates
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Proficient in using various search tools to attract and recruit applicants
Extremely detail oriented with strong follow through skills
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills required
Strong customer service oriented attitude
Experience working in Apparel/Footwear/Marketing industry required
