SUMMARY:
Boardriders, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Tibco Integrations Developer/TIBCO Developer to work in the Huntington Beach, CA area. This role will partner with cross functional teams to architect, design and develop end-to-end Integration solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. As the senior integration developer, you will be responsible for the functional & technical design, development and documentation, and will partner with other teams across the organisation to help deliver robust solutions. We have a complex environment with a large number of systems, technologies and teams across the world and you will be responsible defining & delivering solutions, both regional and global, with a strong focus on reliability, reusability, flexibility and security.

The ideal resource is an experienced, self-motivated developer that will design and build services based on a TIBCO / Java infrastructure
Ability to perform solution design, and resolve complex technical issues based on requirements
Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams to define solutions and detailed designs
Ability to design, develop and deliver enterprise wide SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) based services.
Passion for integration and ensuring daily company processes are running smoothly
Ability to collaborate with IT, Business, VPs and adapt the messages to the target
Prepare estimates of effort and duration for development tasks and activities
Prepare and/or contribute to the preparation of project documentation
Design and develop program code according to business and technical requirements
Identify and validate software and infrastructure components required to implement technical solutions
Hands on participation in quality assurance and testing activities
Adhere to change management requirements for application and system implementations
Analyze conditions and identify strategies that minimize implementation risk and/or improve system reliability and performance
Perform or direct software implementation activities according to current standards and policies
Upon implementation of a solution, responsible for knowledge transfer to other team members
Actively support post-production issues
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
10+ years of application development within a large scale enterprise system
Experience with enterprise systems development and architectural design
5 years of experience with TIBCO Business Works 5.x (Designer, Web Services etc.)
5 years of experience with TIBCO Adapters (ADB, SAP R3 etc.)
Demonstrable experience with TIBCO administration
XML, XSLT, and XPath skills to build message driven processes
Experienced in J2EE, SOAP, JMS & SOA Development
5 years of experience with RDBMS (e.g SQLServer)
Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle processes
Strong knowledge of relational database design
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams in the delivery of complex solutions
Experience with international team and distributed delivery (US / Australia / Europe)
Experienced with coordinating global teams (5+ developer)
ADDITIONAL DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Strong development background with emphasis on ERP/SAP space.
Prepare and present code reviews to ensure compliance to code standards, and published architectural guidelines
3 or more years of experience with TIBCO EMS 5.X or later
At least 2 years of experience with Business Connect 5.x or later
Experience with ticketing and bug-tracking tools like JIRA
Experience with version control systems like Git and Subversion
Ability to travel a few times per year
Resistance to stress in a fast moving landscape
Ability to adapt, revise plan and change priorities
