Working with the  Regional Brand Marketing Lead and Ecommerce team,  this role will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering the  regional digital experiences for the  ROXY digital eco-system (Web, Ecomm & paid social) to facilitate brand and product consideration and conversion as well as build out digital customer journeys and online experiences. The role combines creative and technical expertise to execute asset development and designs for eCommerce experiences. They will ensure  marketing assets are optimized for each digital platform as necessary, including proposing, updating and implementing optimized content and designs. They are responsible for the efficient management and interface between eCommerce, regional brand marketing and centralized IT and development teams. In addition to internal teams they will develop and utilize a network of contributors to provide services that support the enhancement of content creation that drives business growth.
The primary functions are to:
Lead the development and execution of eCommerce content & design
Manage asset production & design needs for ROXY.COM & trade assets for ROXY paid social
Ensure seamless execution & deployment of designs managing key stakeholders
STRATEGIC CONTENT & DESIGN MANAGEMENT Liaise with regional and global marekting teams and regional marketing lead to deliver marketing stores for eCommerce in the US/CANADA
Liaise with eCommerce teams & regional marketing lead to identify story-telling opportunities & appropriate support
Understand eCommerce Buys and Priorities to infrom content needs
Identify & support eCommerce exclusive programs 
Drive the right balance between brand and commercial design needs
Manage asset production directly or indirectly including photography & creative management
Oversee digital asset management and delivery

EXECUTION OF BRAND UX & DESIGN - ASSET PRODUCTION & COORDINATION Execute, edit & amplify marketing content for eCommerce via digital design
Design & manage eCommerce digital content
Develope best in class templates for user experience on ROXY.COM
Constantly enhance long-term user expereince through considered digital design
Amplify key messages and product campagins via user experiences
Animation & basic editing as needed
Optimize eCommerce and email templates & designs across the various audience and customer groups

Manage asset delivery
Communication & deployment as necessary for optimal delivery

5+ Years of experience in design environment, 3+ years in digital design role
Experience within eCommerce platform (SFCC or Demandware)
Strong understanding of retail eCommerce businesses
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong understanding of design programs (Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge, XD)
Design, basic animation & editing & photography skills required.
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
