SUMMARY:
Boardriders is looking for a regional CRM analyst to join our Americas/Europe/APAC Digital team.
Part of the Digital Analytics & Optimization team, you will focus primarily on Customer data with the objective of providing analysis, studies and customer segments.
This role reports to Global Head of Analytics
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owner of regional Customer-centric dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analysis
Work with Regional Management to prioritize business and information needs
Work closely with global team to leverage and adapt global dashboard framework to regional business needs
Work closely with global team and regional team to create regional audiences and adapt global audiences according to local needs
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in the company’s data sets in order to improve our specific knowledge of our Brand’s customers, their preferences and expectations for the region
Interpret data, analyze using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Take initiatives to find correlations between different types of data
Create quantitative and qualitative reports and studies to make recommendations on regional Marketing initiatives
Monitor the performance of leads and customer collection sources in the region and propose lead generation optimizations
Monitor performance of CRM initiative for the region
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Experience in e-commerce & digital marketing environment.
Proven working experience as a data analyst or similar position
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical tools for datasets analysis
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Fluent in professional english with ability to present to VP in english
Strong presentation skills, including oral, written, and graphical experience with reporting
Ability to organize, present, and explain complex data in a clear manner
Ability to work effectively with a cross functional team
Ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively.
Knowledge of Tableau or similar (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Qlik…)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
 
 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
General experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery is a plus
Experience with Tableau is a plus
