We're looking for a confident, curious, and collaborative human who's energized by the idea of getting our exciting electrical SEABOB watercraft out to the most beautiful holiday spots across the Americas.

As a key member of our team, you'll take the lead on key accounts all over the continent. You'll ideally bring your intimate knowledge of the diving industry and / or hospitality business to assist in your success.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, you will easily balance working with different cultures, in different time zones, and your own workload. You'll work closely with our CEO in Fort Lauderdale and with a team of professionals at our head office in Europe in order to connect with new and existing key partners and apply our sophisticated sales processes. You will make sure that everybody is pulling in the same direction to help CAYAGO thrive.

You're a people person, and a natural leader - you might not have performed in an international sales position yet, but you have the skills and you're ready for the challenge.
You're confident, resilient and full of initiative. And you can spin a (genuine) story like a boss. Face to face, over the phone, in an email… doesn't matter. It's all the same to you. Human to human.
You know Central and South America - you might have lived there, worked there, or at least traveled there and be sufficient in the Spanish language. You have at least three years' experience in sales, and you have some sports and outdoor affinity to go with your sales charm.
You're motivated by a challenge, and by delivering exceptional results for a young product doing awesome things. You've got the skills needed to build relationships and make sales, and these skills are wrapped up in integrity and respect.
