About the job
tentree is looking to bring on game-changing independent sales representation that will be responsible for servicing and growing wholesale business in the territory of Northern California, including Nevada.
tentree is not your typical company. We plant ten trees for every item purchased. Our success is measured not in revenue or profit, but in trees planted and lives impacted. To date, we have planted over 72,000,000 trees. These trees have allowed thousands of individuals to receive a paying job, take an active role in the revitalization of their environment, and support their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development and execution of a sales strategy to grow the tentree wholesale business in the territory of Northern California and Nevada.
• Meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative sales targets provided by head office.
• Build, present and execute seasonal GTM strategies for the territory.
• Servicing current accounts to ensure consistent growth & maintain relationships with buyers.
• Actively growing distribution in the territory to new dealers and key accounts.
• Working with the marketing team to build a seasonal plan and ensure adequate brand representation in-store through POP, fixtures, etc.
• Provide accurate feedback, sell through data and forecasts for territory.
• Perform store clinics as necessary to educate staff on the tentree brand.
• Working in our B2B system to place orders, track growth and identify key trends.
• Reporting and communicating with internal tentree leadership on a regular basis.
