We’re hiring a content marketing specialist!

We’ve been growing our team in the last couple of months, and now it's time to expand our marketing department. This time, we’re looking for someone who truly understands content marketing — especially in the outdoor / event space.

You will be helping us expand into new markets and strengthen our reputation as thought leaders across various niches. You'll be working remotely but connecting with our team here in Connecticut on a daily basis.

WHAT'S YOUR STORY?
We're a national supplier of custom-branded displays, founded in 2006. We're in the process of building out key sales and marketing roles in different parts of the US. That's where you come in.

MAY I ASK WHO YOU WORK WITH?
Sure! A few of our clients include the Boston Red Sox, Facebook, Google, Lego, the University of Alabama, Whole Foods and more. If building out marketing / content plans to attract customers like this activates your self-motivation, then let's talk!

WHAT TYPE OF WORK WOULD I BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY?
Here are the responsibilities:
* Point person for content creation ideas, including blog posts, info-graphics, email marketing campaigns, etc.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
* Collaborate with Leadership to drive new prospect leads and revenue.
* Work with agencies and other freelancers/vendors.

WHAT TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL ARE YOU LOOKING TO HIRE?
If you live and breathe digital marketing, this is the job for you. Also, someone who is / has:
* Proven track record of creating and developing a marketing plan.
* Energetic, detail-oriented and interested in joining a fun, fast-growing team.
* Not afraid to communicate openly and work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to do multiple things at once.
* Really strong verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT'S THE COMPENSATION?
We're willing to be flexible with the hourly rate, based on experience.

WHAT WILL MY HOURS BE?
Around 20 hours per week. We're open 8 am - 7 pm M-F and are flexible in the start and end time. And we value work/life balance, so we don't expect you to clock in over the weekend.

WHEN WOULD I START?
Now. We're ready to jump-start our growth and need someone to own this role.

DO I NEED A COLLEGE DEGREE FOR THIS POSITION?
Yes. 4-year college degree is required.
