We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic Admin-Sales Support to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department. Help us gain and keep happy customers!

First and foremost, you need to have a sincere desire to help others - you'll be actively helping our team and our customers, sometimes in a tight-deadline situation. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of light bookkeeping, sales and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. And since data entry is a part of this, you'll need a near-perfect attention to detail.

Anderson Brothers Design and Supply is a leader in designing cool gear. We sell custom t-shirts, caps, drinkware, and a myriad of other items to help our customers build their brands. It can be a lot of fun helping customers find the right product to help them stand out.

Responsibilities
-- Compiling a daily list of sales leads, assigning leads to the appropriate sales rep or account exec.
-- Accurately processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders/requests.
-- Handling administrative duties for the Sales Manager.
-- Handling administrative duties for our Accounting department
-- Being a research assistant for the sales team - confirming availability of garments, researching promo product requests, etc.
-- Staying up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensuring the sales team is on board.
-- Troubleshooting customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
-- Assist our Office Manager with light office duties such as travel arrangements, supplies, and other operational duties.

Skills
-- Detail oriented - did you win the spelling bee?
-- Extremely organized (with time, physical workspace, digital workspace.)
-- Flexible and resilient to change
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
-- NetSuite/Oracle knowledge a plus
-- Customer service and/or sales experience
-- Analytical and multitasking skills - be creative problem solver
-- Fast learner
-- Strong work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced environment
-- Team player
