Assistant Production Manager Job in Seal Beach, CA

- Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects from tech-pack handover, development and costing.
- Negotiate cost and delivery with vendors and relay proper dates to our sales team.
- Issue and update all POs to reflect on server.
- Work with vendors to receive pre-production samples and digital proofs.
- Review and approve all strike offs and vendor updates.
- Review all incoming development and provide timely comments to ensure product accuracy and integrity.
- Daily communication with internal counterparts such as Design, Sales, Sales Support and upper management.
- Responsible to manage domestic vendor production schedules; keeping vendors on schedule to meet strict deadlines.
- Monitor the WIP and follow up with vendors to manage production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with domestic suppliers and vendors for production planning, scheduling and shipping.
- Responsible to identify, communicate and troubleshoot any problems that arise throughout production at a timely manner.
