Job Description

Well established (founded in 2013) and trending fashion accessory company located in downtown Los Angeles has an immediate opportunity for an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a great opportunity to grow in the fashion industry.

**This position pays $17 per hour.**

Responsibilities:
1. Daily correspondence via phone and email with Ecomm customers. Respond to emails in a timely manner
2. Friendly and professional demeanor by phone and email
3. Process returns with warehouse and refunds or adjustments in system
4. Become familiar with brand/ product knowledge
5. Experience with FullCircle, Magento, Shopify, Returnly, Zendesk a plus
6. Experience with Mac or PC
7. Will need to communicate with 3PL for order support on day to day for order status, tracking, etc.
8. Miscellaneous Data Entry
9. Other duties as assigned in showroom

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or emailed based setting.
- Be comfortable working with computers and web based applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
