Mission Workshop is looking for a motivated Wholesale Sales Manager who is product minded and has a passion for brand building. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for building long term partnerships with a portfolio of International and Domestic customers. You will be in close contact with your customers and travel extensively to develop close relationships to develop and expand the business. You will work within a fun and innovative to grow the Mission Workshop brand. You will report directly to the President of the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Schedule visits with wholesale accounts to develop and maintain a strong partnership with your accounts.
- Provide frequent sales analysis of account performances, projections, and forecasting.
- Replenish accounts to meet projections and provide guidance towards opportunities to exceed forecasts.
- Adjust value proposition for customers by specific industry i.e., cycling, photography, apparel.
- Determine marketing needs of accounts and perform analysis after campaigns.
- Identify, target and develop leads and new markets.
- Develop and conduct training clinics for partners.
- Be a brand ambassador.
- Get involved with industry events, retail pop-ups, and other brand building opportunities.
