Job Summary
AVID is seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to grow AVID’s rapidly expanding outdoor sports apparel brand’s social media presence and brand awareness. This is a virtual work from home position. The Marketing Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for maintaining a cohesive marketing message through all channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with AVID’s Leadership and Events team to help grow AVID’s brand presence and awareness to tell the AVID story. This is a hands-on creative role with limitless opportunities!
Key Responsibilities
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute all paid social, email, SMS, search engine, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage a team of Digital Marketers and Content Coordinators to ensure all branded digital marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
- Oversee 3rd party agencies and work collaboratively to meet digital marketing KPI’s.
- Analyze statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
- Research and develop new and innovative growth strategies to keep up with the latest privacy regulations and platform
changes.
- Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
- Oversee the Ambassador/Team program
- Maintain a strong engagement with the community
- Assist with Events and photoshoots to ensure continuity
