About the job
Shouthouse and Knot Sisters are side by side apparel businesses in Costa Mesa currently looking for a part-time Bookkeeper for both businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite part time and offer the following knowledge:
Manage all Cash in Banks, Payables, Collections, AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledgers and Line of Credit, Prepare and facilitate Financial Statement Reviews for our Bank and CPA
Produce monthly consolidated Borrowing Base Certificate Reports:
-Monthly Bank Recs
-Monthly reconciling inventory
-AR reconciling with Factory
Manage the following operations:
-Payroll
-Sales Tax Reporting
-1099
The right person will have a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and possibly the apparel software Perfect Fit.
