Retail Manager Job in Tampa, FL

Skatepark of Tampa is looking for an experienced retail manager in Tampa, Florida. This is an opportunity to work in the store located within a world renowned skatepark with hands on experience dealing with the top retail brands in skateboarding. Over its 25-year history SPoT has earned its reputation as one of the top skateboarding venues and retailers in the United States.

Qualified candidate will be ready to maximize results in the area of sales, merchandising & operations. Customer service skills and attention to detail will be highly regarded for this position

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in retail store management, preferably in the apparel, skate or surf industries

• Experience in customer service, inventory management, merchandising and staff management.

• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

• Ability to create schedules and coordinate employees efficiently

• Flexibility to work on weekends & holidays

• Basic knowledge of skateboarding and skateboarding brands

• Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent.

• Solid written and verbal skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong multi-tasking skills
