About the job
We are looking for a sales and production assistant who will work directly with our sales and production team as well as our art department to help further the everyday production needs and scheduling of Killer Merch and clients. This is a role that requires high levels of attention to detail as well as maintaining a calm, patient demeanor when resolving any issues with clients, manufacturers and production.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position covers a wide range of responsibilities in Acumatica (ACU). As our new and exclusive Enterprise Resource system, training, daily use, and understanding of ACU will be critical to the success of this role. Initially, this position will strongly focus on administrative tasks as you become familiar with our clients, manufacturing partners, and business procedures. As you master these areas, you will transition from assisting our production team to assisting our sales team. As a sales assistant, you will handle specific clients and their orders, help the art department work on new collections and specials, and partner with our sales leads to track upcoming schedules, sales, promotions, and retail dates.
In addition to the tasks stated above, you will also be responsible for:
-- ACU Receiving
-- ACU Kitting
-- ACU SO’s
-- ACU Invoicing
-- ACU Adjustments
-- Production/Transit Monitoring
-- QR Code Creation
-- Assisting Sales and Production teams with administrative needs
-- All other related duties as assigned

-- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
Schedule Requirements
-- Must be able to work assigned shift
-- Position is full-time
-- Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
-- Some weekend and overtime shifts required during big launches and holidays
