Job Description
The Topo Designs Sales Support will act as a wholesale customer-focused arm of the wholesale sales team. This role will be involved in coordinating wholesale customer orders from entry through shipping and invoicing. Once orders are procured from customers with accurate order quantities, customer information, and ship dates, the Sales Support team member will complete the transaction. Not only will this person ensure that our warehouse is following the compliance of our customers' vendor manual, but they will also point out and assess areas in which we can optimize our processes. This role involves working on the sales side of the business with wholesale customer-facing visibility and interaction. This position reports to the Director of Sales with daily interaction with Sales, Production, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

Experience/Education Requirements:
• BA or BS Degree
• 1-3 years in a Wholesale Customer Service or Sales Support role
• Advanced Excel skills (assessment will be given)

• Familiar with StitchLabs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced spreadsheet knowledge (Google Docs/Excel) and organization skills
• Detail-oriented
• Willingness and desire to be an ambassador for Topo Designs products

Primary Responsibilities:
• Order process ownership
• Work with internal and external sales teams to capture and enter orders throughout the season
• Review all Wholesale orders in Stitch Labs and work with Warehouse Manager to ensure
Warehouse plans properly
• Communicate to sales reps any orders that will not able to ship on ship date and recommend a
revised ship date based upon when an order can ship in full including splitting fulfilments and
ensuring late orders are delivered
• Coordinate any pre-packing with Warehouse Manager to ensure Warehouse sends out orders on
time if they are awaiting any particular items
• Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are getting out the door on strict ship dates
• Make Warehouse Manager aware of any in-house ticketing projects that Warehouse needs to
• Work with Production to ensure factory deliveries are on time and adjust orders as necessary
• Support Finance with invoicing and payment collecting
• Ownership of invoice accuracy related to Wholesale sales
