We are looking for an Illustrator/ Artist to join our talented in-house team located in Arvada, CO. In this role you will be responsible for creating t-shirt graphics from concept to finish, requiring strong attention to detail, typography, color and trends. You will be collaborating with the Art Director, other artists and our sales team to achieve the best possible graphics that spark a special connection with our customers. You must have a passion for creativity and be willing to push yourself day in and day out, but you will be able to make a living drawing and being creative, nothing better than that if you ask us. This is a true art job with a little bit of admin work in preparing files for screen print but you will spend 80% or more of your time on artwork. Illustrator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strong conceptual skills and willing to take the time and understand our unique market and consumers.
• Flexible in styles, we work on everything from highly illustrative work, humorous concepts, photo manipulations, etc. We also design for just about every demographic, adults, youth and toddlers as well as for many different region’s spanner across the United States.
• Typography, color and layout skills play a big role.
• Ability to take direction well and can work with others is a must. Collaboration also takes place outside of the Art Department, having an in-house sales team gives us the opportunity to have a direct contact with them and our customers.
• Nimble and quick attitude. We like to give our artists time to produce the best possible art, but we also put out numerous releases a year and provide our customers with fresh content. A good balance of proper time to complete tasks but also the confidence to work with instinct keeps the creativeness flowing.

Tools of the Trade:

• Expert knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge in the screen-printing process is a big plus but not required.
• Basic Mac OS operations and Microsoft 365 familiarity.
• Keeping up to date with current trends within the creative industry.
• Comfortable working with Wacom tables & Cintiq’s.
• Basic data entry, attention detail is key as this information is used for production purposes. This portion is a small part as stated earlier but it is required.
