About the job
The ASSOS of Switzerland North America Sales Representative (NASR) will be responsible for developing and servicing ASSOS’ network of premium bicycle dealers throughout the United States, focusing on Florida and specifically the Miami metro area. He/she will travel within this key market visiting our existing retailer partners to improve how we serve our end consumers and potential new retail partners who align with our premium positioning. The NASR will be passionate about all things cycling and have a very strong desire to establish a career in the cycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Travel throughout sales region visiting bicycle dealers to service existing accounts while you prospect new ones
• Drive sales of ASSOS by increasing revenue per door and opening new doors as identified
• Develop assortment plans at retail so as to optimize sell-through performance of ASSOS
• Promote the ASSOS brand and its lineup of exceptional cycling apparel for both road and off-road cycling
• Assist North American Sales Director in development of marketing and distribution strategies which can reach the target region’s revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
• Provide customer-level sales performance data, performance against KPIs, and market insight to North American Sales Director
• Collaborate with ASSOS marketing team to develop, deliver, and evaluate marketing programs within the market
• Participate in or lead marketing events such as group rides or shop events
• Provide consumer and dealer feedback to product design and development teams at ASSOS HQ to assist with ASSOS’ never ending quest to develop the world’s highest-performing cycling apparel
