Responsibilities include:
- Answer general customer inquiries via email, including but not limited to returns, processing orders, shipping information, exchanges and following up until issues are closed and customer is satisfied
- Answer open paypal resolution cases
- Responding to customers on social media ie Facebook, Twitter, Reddit
- Investigate customer concerns about product issues and report to CEO / Production Manager
- Maintain customer service log as needed, tracking all incoming inquiries and detailing out customer requests, fit problems, product defects, shipping errors, etc.
- Work with our fulfillment warehouse to ensure that tracking is working and inventory is being shipped out orderly and timely
- Filing missing mail claims for lost packages and responding to charge-back disputes
- Use strong problem solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues
- Develop a clear understanding of Shopify functionalities and use
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in digital customer service
- Excellent organization skills
- Follow guidelines for returns & exchanges
- Creatively resolving issues due to fulfillment obstacles.
- Friendly and calm writing disposition. Able to diffuse conflict with a positive written composition.
- Superior oral and written communication skills to relay issues and report trending customer issues to CEO's and production manager
- Strong computer/internet/social media skills
- Capable of using Excel and Microsoft Office to create charts and formulas
