The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing, directing, managing and continuously fine-tuning a global sourcing strategy to align with the strategic goals and financial targets in a growing omni-channel apparel business. Oversee planning execution and production for all product categories while managing all factory relationships, maintaining calendars and internally supporting all teams.

What You'll Do:
-Oversee all planning execution and production supporting on-time delivery of quality product that meets or exceeds company’s financial and customer satisfaction objectives
-Collaborate with Data Analytics team to monitor inventory requirements and fulfill needs through strategic supply chain inventory management and manufacturing programs
-Analyze, strategize, and execute global sourcing that maximizes margins, leans the supply chain and improves on-time deliveries, while balancing quality and customer satisfaction
-Analyze forecasted demand, inventory and channels to develop, issue and manage weekly and quarterly supply plans. Release purchase orders in accordance with turn goals and manufacturing MOQs
-Perform product capacity planning and performance management by vendor; partner with Merchandising and Data Analytics to project production needs; allocate production requirements across vendors and reserve production capacity while maintaining rolling forecasts and safety stock positions.
-Identify and monitor critical key raw materials and oversee process to provide projections to vendors managing these key materials in stocked positions.
-Advise management on financial impact of raw material and product commitments.
-Pivot with teams to review variance analysis data, to find latent supply chain synchronization opportunities such as speed models, postponement, advancement, expediting, consolidation, segmentation, supplier reduction.
-Utilize supply planning capabilities and collaboration with vendors to produce supply scenarios that can greatly improve the inventory planning strategy while improving capacity projections and accuracy.
-Identify improvement opportunities in the product planning process and drive to completion
-Purchase order maintenance inclusive of creating, updating and closing based on ship dates and/or final receipt quantity.
-Maintain production WIP Reports, negotiate / prioritize production to meet required ship dates, review and track key production dates, alert internal teams on all delivery updates and update ERP accordingly to reflect most up to date deliveries.
-Partner with product logistics partners to ensure on time bookings, hand overs as well as present delivery updates to internal teams.
-Review and comment on bulk production submits and testing reports. Discuss any rejected/ failed submits with cross functional teams to determine if acceptable.
-Collaboratively set and enforce production and quality standards for cohesiveness of brand; oversee quality control initiatives, including QA analysis and solutions
-Troubleshoot quality and technical issues with vendors
-Monitor company manufacturing policies and vendor facility agreements, requirements, and standards.
-Develop and oversee Supplier Certification and Quality Control Programs
-Monitor costing and perform negotiations on pricing to ensure profitability; review and approve final buys; ensure tracking of production from first samples to final deliveries; resolve non-compliance/claims chargebacks with vendors; coordinate customs classification coordination with Imports
-Partner with Merchandising & Design to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain agreed-upon margin goals, set and articulate expectations and ensure timely delivery according to development calendar.
-As needed assists in sourcing new vendors, experience running RFP’s to vet out best suppliers and manages product -development to production cycle to support continued business growth
-Travel to factories and international trade shows, where appropriate
