In 2012 MPOWERD®, with the help of our principal inventor Jason Alan Snyder, created Luci®, the first inflatable solar light with the goal of making an affordable clean energy product that people could use in any situation — from outdoor camping adventures to backyard parties to everyday living for people in emerging markets without electricity.
Luci taps into a source of light that’s limitless and readily available to everyone on our planet — the sun. Advancements in renewable tech have given us the means to literally put the power of the sun into a device that fits in the palm of your hand.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join us at our headquarters. In this position, you’ll sell within a dedicated channel and/or specifically allowed accounts providing excellent customer service and exhibiting strong sales and account management skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and make contact with prospective customers
- Act as the contact and resource for dealers fielding sales orders, warranty issues, technical questions etc.
- Oversee the execution of strategies to expand MPOWERD’s brand presence in new market segments
- Aggressively develop and grow revenue through proven sales techniques, effective customer relationships, constant attention to internal and external communications and follow-through--along with delivery of timely and exceptional service solutions
- Independently manage and grow accounts
- Identify key decision makers at key prospective targeted opportunities
- Work closely with prospective and current customers to identify and win opportunities. Create plans to increase customer and market share
- Create sales goals and timelines for each account; prepare and follow-up on detailed proposals which speak directly to customer needs.
