We’re looking for a talented Growth Hacker who is tech-savvy and is eager to maximize their strengths and skills. You love optimizing marketing activities and figuring out creative and effective ways to create revenue, lead generation and user acquisition.

This person will be the “first boots on the ground” and will take operational responsibility for launching the online team. You will work with and report directly to the CEO. This position is intended to move into a Director of Growth title once established and proven with the company.

Job description:

⏵ Lead development of marketing plan focused on acquiring new users across channels.

⏵ Manages and directs the rollout of viral content and initiatives focused on generating high revenue and excitement through influencer marketing and other organic channels.

⏵ Identifies and research platforms to carry out new revenue strategies.

⏵ Manage the communications toolkit and ensure that all media & assets are kept up to date. Partner with Design groups to create catered materials as needed.

⏵ Partners with the Product team to recommend and implement opportunities directly within the product to support marketing strategy.

⏵ Optimize and manage clients’ online presence and engagement.

⏵ A/B test new tools and campaigns to increase lead generation and reach.

⏵ Develop original and innovative content and strategies to improve SEO and increase visibility.

⏵ Manage Social Media ad spend.

⏵ Proactively find PR opportunities.

⏵ Create viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques.

⏵ Proactively track and improve Share of Voice on forums & review sites.

⏵ Develop and track KPIs.

⏵ Adapt plans to target different user segments

⏵ Aggressively research new ideas and strategies


⏵ 3+ years of user acquisition, growth hacking or marketing experience

⏵ Tech savvy

⏵ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

⏵ Data driven and analytical

⏵ Creative thinker

⏵ Proficient in Excel

⏵ Proficient with Shopify HTML coding

⏵ Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

⏵ Proficient with content creation, both pictures and video.

⏵ Proficient with Facebook Ad management.

⏵ Proficient with Google Ad management.

⏵ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

⏵ Proven experience writing for a variety of channels

⏵ Action-oriented and a “do-er”

⏵ Good design eye

⏵ Understand basic UX principles

⏵ Salary: $55,000 – $115,000 depending on experience and success track record.
