About the job

Field Producer

VICE

An international media company that captures people at the heart of stories, and focuses on the ideas, issues, and context that other outlets miss. Launched in 1994, VICE operates in 35 territories across the globe, making 1500 pieces of content every day with a focus on five lines of business: VICE Digital, an award-winning international network of digital content; VICE STUDIOS, a feature film and television production studio; VICELAND, an Emmy-winning international television network; a Peabody award-winning NEWS division; and VIRTUE, a global, full-service creative agency with 26 offices around the world.

VICE x Team

We produce the most important and compelling news across the world for our VICE News audience.

Expect long hours and occasional weekend work. Expect to be called upon to travel at a moment's notice.

Candidates must have a clear understanding of what makes a story worthy of being covered by Vice News. Applications must include sample work/links, as well as a full resume and professional references. Candidates should also include a brief cover letter and three-story pitches that are actionable from a logistical standpoint and fit the Vice News style. Due to the number of applicants we cannot respond to every application.
