<p><strong>Role x You</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will</span> l<span style="font-weight: 400;">ead and manage the user support and project/program management team of VICE Digital - Product &amp; Engineering. You will work with senior team leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define how the team works together and what the team does. You will also represent the Digital team in the PMO organization and partners with financial leadership to connect the work that the Digital department does to the annual budget. </span> </p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drives senior leadership to shape and execute against the strategic roadmap &amp; OKR's. Manages framework for roadmap planning &amp; execution. Builds consensus and tracks progress across the department and chases buy-in from the rest of the business, encouraging collaboration and transparency. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leads large scale projects and programs with various cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Commercial, TV Production, and other Tech teams. Finds creative solutions to complex technical problems and organizational challenges.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gathers key insights from individual scrum teams and product leads to help assess and inform overall department health, driving potential improvements and operational changes small and large. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and execute the process vision for the team and talks fluently about its importance. Sets and enforces agile software development standards and able to fill in on any key roles in the process. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Invests time and effort into leading team culture activities, including regular department all hands, retrospectives, and post-mortems, hack weeks and other mentoring initiatives</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<p><strong> You have these:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8 years in Technical Program Management, with deep technical and process experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, department leadership, senior stakeholders and executives.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Builder of high performing teams while fostering an energized, collaborative working environment. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Certified in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Project Management certification a plus, such as PMI, PMP or PgMP</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Passion for coaching, mentoring, training and delegating. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to work with, and influence, engineering leadership and non-technical leads alike. </span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in modern technology tooling and project management best practices, such as Agile/CSM, Lean, gitHub, Google Analytics, etc. </span></li>
