<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Global HRIS team maintains Human Resources data integrity through a variety of data collection and submission processes.</span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></em></p>
<p><strong>Role x You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The</span><strong> HRIS Coordinator</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> enters data into Workday as outlined in standard business processes; compiles and manipulates data to create basic reports; provides general support for a variety of related HR systems and processes; provides administrative support to key HR initiatives. This position will report to the Manager, HRIS. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tier 1 support for the Workday Helpdesk ticketing system</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supports the Global HR team in the keying of employee data into Workday the Global HCM, for all employee data changes (including new hires, terminations, and job changes)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review and audit HR data on a periodic basis; take actions to help ensure integrity in systems and processes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in the regulatory reporting, EEOC 1, NY State New Hire</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for developing and delivering training, resources, and tools to the global HRBP team to maximize system adoption with the goal of increasing overall efficiencies, effectiveness, and user experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with HRIS projects and initiatives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Generates standard and ad hoc HR reports</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>You have these:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1-year experience in Human Resources, HRIS experience preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency with an HRIS system; preferably Workday</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong attention to detail</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven history of accuracy and compliance</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We’d love if you also had these:</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable in Massive Excel Data-sheets (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc)</span></li>
