<p><strong>VICE x Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Based in our London office, the Finance department is a newly centralised shared services team for EMEA who play a busy and vital role within the VICE Media Group. </span></p>
<p><strong>Role x You </strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the monthly management accounts for Levelprint, VICE UK TV and VICE France TV, including cost accruals, accrued/deferred revenue and associated journals at month end. You will be supporting our UK Controller who is based in London.</span></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Produce the monthly management accounts for Levelprint, VICE UK TV and VICE France TV including cost accruals, accrued/ deferred revenue &amp; associated journals at month end</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preparation and approval of the monthly billing report to be invoiced by Accounts Receivable team</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Produce and submit monthly/quarterly reporting within deadlines to EMEA Regional Team including detailed analysis and commentary on variances</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reporting across multiple lines of business, including productions, professional services, digital activation and events </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reviewing Programming acquisitions and productions to track delivery and calculating costs of completion</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations including deferred revenue/expenses, payroll, other liabilities GL’s etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Weekly cash flow submission, liaising with the Accounts Payable and Receivables team</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintenance of intercompany loan schedule with other group entities</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fixed Assets Ledger maintenance, including review of system depreciation calculations, impairment testing, disposals and reporting</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the UK FC in delivering the year-end audit (Group &amp; Statutory)</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience </strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 3+ years of PQE experience in management accounting and financial analysis (production accounting is a plus)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ideally, you would have worked in production or the digital media sector</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will have experience in business partnering and communicating with finance &amp; non-finance stakeholders effectively across all international regions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You possess strong Excel and system skills </span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will need to be highly organised, meticulous, hands-on and detail oriented.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Capable of working independently without being micro-managed. A team player with a proactive and enthusiastic approach who takes initiative where needed </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to work to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Netsuite/Salesforce/Concur experience is an advantage</span></li>
</ul>
