<p><strong>VICE x Team</strong></p>
<p>The Compensation team works across global Vice Media Group to set policies and process as it relates to base pay, bonus programs, and equity programs.&nbsp; The team acts in a consulting capacity for the HRBPs and Managers in the business. The team atmosphere is highly creative, collaborative, and fast paced.</p>

<p><strong>Role x You</strong></p>
<p>You are a compensation professional who is interested in being a part of a team that develops and refines the compensation function at Vice.</p>
<p><strong>In the short term</strong> you will</p>
<ul>
<li>Dive into implementation of our job architecture, which will include refining the structure and working with HRIS to build out in Workday</li>
<li>Be an integral part of our upcoming pay equity study</li>
<li>Assist the team with global survey benchmarking and survey submissions</li>
<li>Be part of the team to implement Workday Compensation module, including design, implementation, testing and creating new processes</li>
<li>Provide analytical support in the design of all programs</li>
<li>Work with HRIS to ensure data integrity and partner to create audits where necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>But <strong>after 6 months in this role</strong> you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the Vice Media global bonus program, including plan design and plan administration</li>
<li>Continually evaluate jobs, market benchmarking and pay structures across the organization; consult Managers in the business on appropriate pay practices</li>
<li>Collaboration with HRBPs, HR COEs and Business leaders to roll-out various HR and Compensation programs</li>
<li>Provide support with executive compensation and Compensation Committee work</li>
<li>Work closely with the Sales team to review and revise our global sales compensation plans</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>You have these:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 - 8 years of compensation experience</li>
<li>A College degree or equivalent experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills preferred; experience with HRIS systems</li>
<li>Strong process and project-management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize if needed</li>
<li>Ability to work across HR COEs and partnering with stakeholders across the company</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a sensitivity to confidentiality</li>
<li>Knowledge of government regulations, FLSA, minimum wages etc.</li>
</ul>
