<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Media Support Team supports all media-producing teams globally. We are specialists in resolving media-centric issues on a daily basis and we love to help!</span></p>
<p><strong>Role x You</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As our Post Production Support Engineer, you will provide both first and second line support including Video Edit, Graphics and Audio edit; diagnosing and resolving issues with all aspects of the post production and storage environments across all lines of business.</span></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Respond to tickets in our support queue domestically, but also working with the wider Global Media Support team when necessary</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effectively document problems and their resolutions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the team to plan and implement upgrades for all Post Production systems</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist other VICE Media Tech staff with technical upgrades and new installations, in conjunction with 3rd party integrators and other third party providers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the IT team to ensure desktop and work-from-home infrastructure work seamlessly together</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with key manufacturers and support vendors to achieve an appropriate level of service for the VICE lines of business</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Undertake preventative maintenance to ensure maximum system availability whilst managing and documenting the maintenance cycle</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>You’ll have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Incredibly strong media production software and hardware knowledge including, but not limited to: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, ProTools, DaVinci, Red Giant, Mixers, Peripherals, Frame Rates, Codecs, Captions, Mac and PC</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a medium sized media / video production company in a similar support role</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with a ticketing system and can demonstrate a flair for multitasking and an ability to constantly juggle priorities</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrable knowledge of Networking infrastructure</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Candidates with JAMF experience preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with CLI on Mac and PC</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous exposure to global workflows</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great communication and interpersonal skills; you'll take pride in being able to deliver on customer satisfaction </span></li>
