<p><strong>VICE x Digital Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">VICE Media is searching for a motivated operations analyst on the Global Digital team. The global digital team comprises editorial, video, publishing, analytics, partner management, commercial and finance. We are a nimble team of creative thinkers with a strong focus on operational efficiency and a passion for collaborative problem solving. <p><strong>Scope of Assignment x You</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Freelance Operations Analyst, you will provide specialized reporting and insight on the digital business for three months. Specifically, you will be responsible for: </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support our cross-functional Digital team, specifically partnership management, revenue operations, and financial planning and analysis</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pulling high-volume of excel documents from CRM & OMS</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Compiling excel data into comprehensive reports</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outlining and analyzing specific data points using CRM & OMS data </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creating clear, concise review of data to be presented to direct VPs, and other business leaders</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The successful candidate will combine a strong analytical skillset with a background in digital media planning. </span></p>
<p><strong>You have these:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1+ years of experience in media planning, reporting, and/or analytics</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including proficiency in Excel (comfortable with high-volume data sets, including running and creating functions, pivot tables, as well as other Microsoft office products</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driven self-starter, quick learner and desire to learn, with ability to function autonomously</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to maintain project timeline and meet deadlines</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We’d love if you also had these:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM & OMS</span></li>
