<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Managing branded programs and budgets (Tier 3,4 &amp;5) for VICE, R29 and iD branded video elements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative Producer and lead on regular series programming (Tier 1,2 &amp; 3) projects for VICE, R29 and iD branded video</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working and delegating to APs and PAs on larger programs when assigned</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Helping ideate to bring pitches to life, in partnership with the Creative team and Director to&nbsp;make sure all videos produced are successful, actionable, and brand friendly</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creation of simple moodboards and storyboards needed for creative briefing and pre pro.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Willingness, interest and ability to Direct camera and talent on smaller crew shoots&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tracking expenses for productions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supporting Supervising producer or Executive Producer on bigger top tier programs (pre pro and on set, post)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to use keynote Keynote + Google Slides</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creating and actualizing budgets&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to produce in studio, location and travel shoots&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Obtain releases for all locations, materials &amp; people&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with your roster or the VMG roster of directors &amp; crew regularly</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working regularly in Asana to update projects and work across AM, EPs and other department leads</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable working in the edit and providing creative feedback.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with editors and post-producers&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understanding and accountability of post workflows and R&amp;C process</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>You have these:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3-5 years experience in branded content production (within agency + media settings)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of the VICE, R29 and iD brands and audience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong storytelling &amp; narrative skills in video and the digital media space</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to run a set and delegate to crews, production, directors and editors</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Directing experience and interest to flex Producer/ Director skillset</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keen creative eye and passion for showcasing and celebrating diversity in all of its forms</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sense of confidence and presence in communication and presentation style</span></li>
