OVERVIEW
VIRTUE is looking for an Account Manager with social media skills to join its team and effectively execute  social strategy across our key clients. This position will be responsible for managing client channels and driving KPI. This person will create and oversee content plans and editorial calendars, activations and partnerships while being client facing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute strategic thinking and framework
Build out editorial calendars with the creative team to present to the client
Plan and execute paid social campaigns for VIRTUE clients, including daily optimizations to ensure campaigns are pacing properly across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Ideate partnerships and content plans to drive client KPI
Work closely with the creative and production departments to assure alignment with broader campaign strategies and goals
Report on performance for social content
Manage influencer / talent campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be fluent in all major social platforms, including their ad managers
3-4 years experience managing social accounts
Comfortable with talent- and client-facing reports and coordination
Account management experience a plus
Experience working with creative teams, especially video editors and designers
Strong written skills (German), especially for creative briefs, editorial calendars and creative synopses
