This is an exciting opportunity to join Pulse Films and in particular the Commercial & Branded Entertainment department where you will work with and support some of the most talented Producers and Directors in the Industry.
As a calm professional you will be supporting the team with the following:
Support Head of Production and Staff Production Manager & Coordinator with tasks.
Support freelance production teams with office tasks.
Make runs for Commercial department as needed.
Set up all agency conference calls for active projects during bidding
Work as a PA on shoot days for Pulse productions in Los Angeles.
Execute and coordinate all PMI (internal accounting system) needs for freelance teams not on the system. Including but not limited to: Transferring awarded bid into PMI, Assigning POs to teams, Updating POs, Inputting Timecard / Payroll log details when necessary.
Credit card & petty cash reconciliations for Execs.
Coordinate use of Pulse / Vice office facilities with in-house security / HR staff and production teams
Track inventory of DOT & Location signs
Track hard drive inventory and assist in digital vault upkeep
Assist in coordinating Pulse Commercials external presentation such as swag & in-office client meetings.
Assist in events such as the Sales Summit, Pulse Screenings, and other Sales initiatives.
Agency / Client gift bag coordination & inventory tracking for gift items
