This is an exciting opportunity to join Pulse Films to have a global responsibility for leading PR and Communication strategies and plans that promote key initiatives and promote our Productions, our Directors and Pulse’s image and reputation. 

You will work incredibly closely with the CEO’s, MDs and all the Division leaders and Heads of Departments in developing and executing initiatives.  To act as the key media contact and representative for the business. Create and oversee social media strategy and day-to-day management, and lead across marketing and brand activity. Work intrinsically with support teams (Design Studio, Legal, HR, Finance and Post-Production) and lead the charge on internal communications.

As a calm professional, you will have:
Experience working in Film/TV, at least 5+ years,
In-depth experience and knowledge of promoting an organisation through effective media relations, including pro-active campaigns and re-active reputation management
A keen/focused understanding of how PR/Comms works across film, TV, commercials and music
Strong media and journalist network across Film, TV, Commercials and Music
Comfortable and confident working into senior executives including CEO
Demonstrable experience of planning and executing targeted marketing and advertising campaigns across a range of both traditional and digital platforms
Demonstrable ability to monitor and assess marketing and media strategy and activities success/failure against key business objectives
Experience in developing and upholding organisation-wide communications policies and procedures
Experience of managing multiple third-party delivery partners
Strong understanding of digital marketing and design tools, CMS and database systems
Experience of budget management and cost control, including an understanding of financial terminology
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
Able to find pragmatic solutions, seek improvements, and adapt to changing situations
Excellent relationship building skills
Able to present information, verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, with excellent attention to detail

The salary will be flexible based on experience, we offer a solid benefits package, and we’d like a quick start if possible.

Our usual office is based in Shoreditch, but we are still predominantly working from home due to COVID-19.  We will be returning to the office on a hybrid basis, and we’ll do this in line with Government recommendations.
