ABOUT THE POSITION

Supporting finance department, and Senior Finance Manager by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks. Processing invoice, journal entries as well as maintaining accuracy of accounting books. Performing vendor management and maintaining fixed asset record. Assisting month end close, budget process and other ad hoc assignments.


HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Process vendor set up in SAP. Reconcile, validate vendor record with existing vendor database in the SAP. Maintain proper control in vendor process.

Process accounts payable. Preparing accounting entries and examine invoice and approval are in place before settlement. Reconcile accounts payable entries with vendor statement. Execute proper internal control in payable process.

Process accounts receivable. Issues invoice to suppliers and intercompany cost-plus invoice.

Validate, analyze, and reconcile employee travel reimbursement. Examine all receipts and ensure reimbursements are complied with companys travel reimbursement policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate fixed assets master record, process new fixed asset and disposal of retired assets. Perform periodically fixed assets physical count to ensure existence and no material discrepancy from the books.

Manage day to day bank transaction. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of bank balance.

Prepare reconciliation of balance sheet account to ensure all items are presented correctly.

Assist in ad hoc assignment.


YOU ARE

YOU HAVE
2-3 years solid accounting working experience

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

Hands on SAP Accounting experience
