ABOUT THE POSITION
TheSORELGlobal Brand Marketing & North America eCommerce team focuses on our consumers behavior and creating experiences around the globe to build their connection to our brand. Whether its media strategy, brand/product storytelling, content creation or partner activations, the consumer is at the heart of everything we do.

The Site Marketing & Operations team is looking for a E-Mail Marketing Manager to execute email program campaigns for Sorel.com. In this role, you will be focused on the development and strategy of email campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and consumer retention.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCEDevelops and Consults on execution and tactical strategy for brand, promotional, lifecycle and triggered marketing to achieve engagement and financial objectives.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution process: content strategy, creative briefing, scheduling, creative development, review, QA, deployment, and reporting. Strives for accuracy and timeliness in these efforts.

Executes and consults on development of testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Consults on marketing acquisition campaigns and tactics.

Performs advanced reporting. Consults on creation and improvement of reporting processes. Consults on ad hoc analysis to identify insights, trends, behaviors to improve program performance.

Manage development and maintenance of calendars, partnering with key stakeholders.

Participates and supports vendor meetings and administration of deliverables.


YOU AREHighly detail oriented, analytical, and can serve as a data expert

A strong communicator (verbal and written skills), including the ability to organize and communicate email channel outcomes to cross-functional partners and eCommerce leadership

Able to troubleshoot and solve problems in a dynamic fast paced environment

Passionate about fashion.


YOUHAVE5-8 years of email marketing experience.

Experience developing and executing Email marketing program(s), ideally within multi-channel retail environment.

Familiarity with all aspects of email program management: segmentation, production, QA, deliverability, lifecycle marketing.

Experience working with enterprise-level digital and email tools
