Columbia Sportswears Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure and applications across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.The Digital Product Owner Product Information Technology is focused on implementing a Product Information Management solution across Columbias channels. This role will be responsible for creating and prioritizing the list of backlog items based on overall strategy and business objectives. You will be responsible for mapping out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development, completing each stage of the development process and ensuring the final product meets the strategic goals.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Executes the product vision and roadmap for Product Information technology
Plays a key role throughout development of the product including planning, refinement, review, and sprint commitments
Tracks, analyzes, and manages internal and external end-user feedback about products to refine roadmap, backlog, and priorities
Translates stakeholder needs into well-written user stories which allow the development team to deliver the product
Assists in solving problems, gathers requirements, and works closely with development partners to ensure deliverable are met
Creates acceptance criteria and executes acceptance tests
Works with UX designers to deliver user-friendly experiences
Acts as a change agent to drive innovation and digital transformation

YOU ARE
Data-driven decision maker
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
A collaborator with influencing skills
Highly productive in a multi-tasking environment
Great communicator through verbal and written mediums

YOUHAVE
3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner experience including soliciting, writing business requirements, and managing a product backlog
General knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management processes
Previous experience with Product Information or Product Creation technology
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle
