These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.The Senior Manager Digital Product- Planning is a management role in the CSC Digital Technology group. Working in partnership with architects, business partners, engineering, and others, you will build the Product Vision, own the Product Roadmap, and lead a group of Product Owners delivering value for the Planning space. This role provides guidance in assessing product opportunities and risks, leverages data-driven approaches to test and optimize the product and suggests new solutions to increase the products business value.The Senior Manager Digital Product- Planning requires a proven Product Management leader who with functional Planning knowledge that can lead multiple Digital Product teams. Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management supporting Planning Technology. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital product. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be working with a team to interpret large amounts of data. This is a customer centric role, working to translate the needs of the customer into business opportunities.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Define OKRs in partnership with cross-functional product teams, give visibility of progress tostakeholders
Creates and drives the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for a given productor portfolio ofproducts
Leverage market and competitive insights and current trends to define functional solutions
Organizes workshops with product users to discover and validate hypotheses and develops optimal solutions for the product Ensures solutions align with product strategies and are prioritized.
Uses a data-driven approach to consistently redefine priorities torespond to stakeholder and consumer needs and communicate those insights and priorities to stakeholders
Manages prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, operational support, and regulations
Leads larger scale initiatives, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and business needs are met
Identifies documentation needs, articulates, and guides the creation of business process flows, use cases diagrams, user journey mapping, and training documentation
Acts as a change agent to drive innovation and digital transformation

YOUHAVE
8+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Planning technology solutions
Experience with Planning technologies Blue Yonder, SAP and analytics experience a plus
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
