About the job

We are looking for a talent who spend time on the talent management/development, employer branding, recruitment, and will be responsible to be interface with HR regional HR team for global and regional program rolling out. Moreover, it is required to assist the HR Manager in providing HR service (total remuneration and operations) for total Vietnam (3 sites). This position will functionally report to HR Manager VN and report to the regional HR team on project basis.

Talent Development:
Partners with the leadership teams to create development and succession plans to support the overall business goals. Works with Site Leaders and Regional Human Resources to implement the HR initiatives and programs and has on-going accountability for managing these programs according to country and corporate design. It will involve the substantial partnership with regional L&D in developing the training program, tools and resources and implementation of training programs for managers and leaders in the organization.
Lead onboarding process and activities: partner with hiring manager to create induction plan, deliver New Hire Orientation, probation assessment and follow up with New hire survey.
Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures at the site or within the function which includes but is not limited to succession planning, leadership selection and assessment, leadership development planning and the sites annual organizational development readiness plan.

Employee Productivity and Engagement:
Collaborates with business managers on analysis and roll-out of employee survey results including follow-up on identifying and addressing survey issues. Develops ideas to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations.
Contribute to and deliver Columbia Sportswears Employee Engagement strategies across the business to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention. Support a range of activities, including the management of the annual CSCs employee survey and planning of future surveys/focus groups according business needs, including but not limit to
Analise and recognize patterns in employee data from the survey/feedback channels (i.e. metrics such as employee survey results and labour turnover etc.) to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximize impact and evaluate success.
Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirement and seek out new ways to engage with employees.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:
Work with the team to support and deliver recruitment effort, including recruitment needs, Intake meeting, Job Requisition creation, sourcing, interview, offer and report tracking
Lead the Employer branding effort in Vietnam, from planning, brainstorming creative activities, connecting with different stakeholders, delivering ideas and activities to promote CSC employer brand to target audiences.

Employee Relationship: Responds to employee relations issues by counseling employees/management on personnel policies and work-related problems. Works in a problem-solving capacity to resolve issues and continuously improve Columbia Sportswears overall employee morale. It also includes the organize the employee relationship activities and team building

HRIS (Workday): Acts as Local expert for HRIS Workday system, to train and educate new employees, support to resolve issues, system testing and local enrollment for new features

Support local HR Manager:
Providing the necessary support to HR Manager in performing other HR administration tasks such as handling all onboarding activities, new hire orientation sessions and exit interviews, maintaining physical and digital personnel records, updating internal databases with new hire information, creating and distributing guidelines and company policies.
Providing support on training programs arranged for VN including but not limit to contacting external training providers and/or Regional/Corporate trainers, training coordination & arrangement.
Being in charge of HR related reports.
Assistant on the administration and activities for (TRO) total remuneration and HR operation including the working workforce planning.
Assisting local HR Manager in implementing HR strategies in terms of Recruitment, Talent Retention, and etc.

Site ambassador for corporate and regional HR programs: Participate in Corporate and Regional HR/Compliance projects covering all aspects including all Site briefing sessions.


YOU ARE
Solid knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular function such as people development including talent review. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Demonstrated skill at partnering with leader and providing general HR facilitating and consulting will be absolutely advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and HR partners. Manage confidential information professionally.
Good English skills, ability to use computer software and HR system (WorkDay). Ability to provide training to employee and also conduct group presentations to both employee/managers. This position is required to facilitate the meeting in English.

YOUHAVE
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related field.
Minimum 8 years HR experience in multi-national organization focusing in people development/talent review/employee engagement
Effective communication skill with proficiency level in English and get used to work with oversea working peer.
Presentable and can demonstrate proper HR facilitating skill
Strong sense of ownership and work independently, self-starter and driver for good quality of work.
Innovative and open mind to adopt new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
