To reinforce our IT department in Geneva (Europe Head Quarters), we are currently looking for highly motivated:
IT Support Intern (6 months)
In this internship, you will work on:
Coordinate installations and manages the daily functioning of desktop and laptop computers (software and hardware), telephones, printers, and other office equipment.
Support promptly on-site users and efficiently individual users with all software, hardware and equipment.
Help with setup and induction of any new team members.
Coordinate repairs and incidents for all company equipment including returns and warranties.
Act as a member of the IS team based in and managed from Strasbourg by participating in team meetings and GIS company projects.
Update Information Systems procedures as needed
Investigate and make recommendations for purchase or upgrades of equipment and services. Track purchases and ensures the companys inventory is kept up-to-date.
Organize necessary resources and work for space planning development and activities.
Environment: Windows 10, Office 365, IP network and phones.
What we need from you:
Currently pursuing an IT Degree.
Fluent in French and in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pro-active and solution oriented.
Enthusiastic about the project and eager to contribute with new ideas.
Good attention to details.
Good skills with Microsoft tools (Included MS Visio).
Ideally a first experience within an office environment.
