ABOUT THE POSITION

Within your first year of employment as the Total Rewards Compliance Program Manager, youll create and manage CSCs Vaccine Mandate Programs, partnering with multiple cross functional areas to meet company vaccine policies. As a part of this effort, youll interact with vendors to align business requirements to new system functionality. Youll also lead and support internal project teams when changes to regulatory requirements occur. You will be responsible for managing ongoing vaccine program effectiveness through analytics, audits, and ad hoc meetings. Moving away from the pandemic youll engage in HR program compliance across enterprise initiatives to help drive new and changing regulations impacting HR.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
At present, create and manage vaccine and booster programs. Transition to HR Program Compliance initiatives post-pandemic
Oversee compliance programs, including contact tracing, vaccine tracking, medical and religious accommodations, along with weekly testing
Work cross functionally with stakeholders across the company on COVID-19Response Management and HR Compliance Programs, including HR, Safety,Risk Management, Legal,Facilities, and Internal Communications
Plan and facilitate weekly cross functionalmeetings.Create meeting agendas, send meeting agendas in advance when possible, and document concernsand action items
Stays abreast of federal,state,and local jurisdictional regulations related to COVID-19Response. Ensurecompanycompliance with internal and jurisdictional regulations related to mask wearing, social distancing and sanitation by ensuringPPE is available, and all staff are following current PPE use guidelines andCSCpolicy, procedures, processes
Facilitate vendor acquisition and vendor relationships as necessary. May include identifying new potential vendors, evaluating capabilities, coordinating internal stakeholderteamsand facilitating RFP and contracting in partnership with Procurement.

YOUHAVE
Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources,Business or related field
6+ years of experience in HR Program Management,or other program delivery focus within a corporate setting
Experience working with compliance-driven programs, monitoring federal and jurisdictional requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment and company compliance
Experience managing HR/Total Rewards programs with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing program governance, and tracking key metrics related to program implementation and effectiveness
Project Management experience a plus
