ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role you will evaluate various partnership, licensing and other opportunities for the Columbia brand providing initial due diligence and making recommendations about go-forward plans. You will also conduct strategic planning and analysis for the brand development, global partnerships and licensing organization, and will be the project lead on various special projects designed to improve process and capabilities.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Evaluate new opportunities, meeting with potential partners, and making a recommendation to Columbia brand leadership. Evaluation will require understanding Columbia strategic priorities and collaboration with internal commercial and finance partners. Seek out other licensing and partnership opportunities that align with Brand objectives.

Work closely with Licensing lead and Columbias external licensees to develop and implement new processes that drive licensing royalty revenue. Serve as project manager on this implementation working with internal cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation.

Work closely with VP of Brand Development, Global Partnerships and Licensing on a wide range of projects in furtherance of department objectives.


YOU ARE
An exceptional communicator both verbally and in writing.

Diligent and proactive.

An adept negotiator.

YOUHAVE
At least 8 years of professional experience.

Prior experience with partnerships and making strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Business development experience.
