ABOUT THE POSITION
This position will lead effective capacity planning and consistent, sustainable improvement in production execution; lead logistics initiatives and logistics issue resolution; drive the collaboration between raw material and finished goods vendors; support supply chain and process improvement initiatives, ensure that production goals and objective are met on time and within the budget.
HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Leads continuous improvement in production execution performance (FG on-time delivery, Vendor Logistics Compliance, , etc.)
Leads the team to drive FGVs on Manufacturing Excellence, Supply Chain Excellence and vendor empowerment
Actively collaborates with other departments and other LO teams (Planning, Merchandising, QA, and Materials Research & Planning) to support issue prevention, resolution, process improvement, developing and execute regional projects as well as supporting global projects
Coaches staff to proactively identify and address production and capacity issues
Ensures that procedures to manage production execution are established, understood, and followed by staff and vendors; and implements changes in procedures for process improvement
Visits factories on regular basis with production staff to support issue prevention & resolution as well as deploy new initiatives
Lead the team to manage strong relationship with all internal and external partners
Communicates key production issues and initiative progress to company management
Optimizes staff effectiveness: model company values, drive staff development, balance workload and projects, manage performance
Manages a production department. Ensures that goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.
Responsible for specific production projects and initiatives that span multiple areas

University/College degree in textiles, apparel, business, or equivalent.
Strong leadership experience, and strong competence with the various tools and procedures used to manage apparel, accessory & equipment production
Good experience with manufacturing environment
Good global experience with raw materials and the apparel, accessory & equipment supply chain
Skilled in complex data analysis
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
