With a deep understanding of the prAna brand, its culture, and business strategy, the Senior HR Business Partner will assume the role of the HR Leader and member of the Senior Leadership Team.
In this role, your primary objective is to be the thought partner and driver of talent strategies to support business growth. You will be responsible for understanding the business strategies and objectives and then assess, define, and refine critical team and talent needs to meet those needs. These solutions will be built in collaboration with the Executive team, HR Centers of Excellence, and centralized shared services to deliver collaborative value-add solutions.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Translate the business strategies and objectives into relevant short and long-term strategic people initiatives in areas of organization design and effectiveness; talent management (workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, and development); engagement; culture; DEI; and total rewards
Participate as a member of the prAna Executive Team in the development of long-range strategy and implementation plans. Provide strategic consultation and coaching to executive leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growth of the business
Build relationships of trust and respect across the business teams to facilitate effective coaching and guidance in people and performance related matters
Support leaders in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth
Exercise your communication and facilitation skills at all levels of the organization, leading prAna specific talent communications as needed
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in partnership with leaders
Leverage the Centers of Excellence and centralized resources to lead the roll out of annual employee life cycle and talent initiatives, inclusive of proactive leadership and coordination of new hire and onboarding programs
Advise on culture and engagement initiatives throughout the prAna organization

YOUHAVE
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
8+years of demonstrable experience across HR specialization areaswith 4+ years of HR business-facing experience (e.g., HRBP, HR Manager, etc.)
Experience supporting executive leaders in organizations, with a proven ability to develop partnerships with business leaders and the successful management of significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth
Proven enterprise level experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Experience operating in a subsidiary or region effectively implementing center led programs and initiatives.
Experience creating strategic solutions in a Global HR Operating model; including Shared Services, and Center of Excellence functions, regional hubs/functions.
