HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

With a deep understanding ofprAna'sbrand, the Planning Analyst, Direct-to-Consumer will support the Direct-to-Consumer channel decisions regarding inventory planning and flow. The primary focus of the position is to execute inventory plans necessary to meet Retail Stores projected sales demands through monitoring and anticipating the rate of sale, management of KWI system replenishment model, seasonal distributions and returns processing.

The Planning Analyst will utilize and develop Excel based tools to review historical sales data to provide for accurate projections and weeks of stock planning.
This position will be the key contact for Retail Store operational support and communication for all matters related to inventory flow. This role will support systems and reporting functions as directed by Sr Demand Planners and Regional Supply Planner including Full Circle bulk and inventory reserve maintenance, email/site/catalog proofing, custom ATS management, Site QA for pricing/sizing/product, weekly file refresh and sweeps, promotional pricing maintenance and liquidation file management.
The Planning Analyst will participate in Direct Channel cross functional meetings with Retail team and provide updates to internal planning team. These meetings will include Planning Team meeting, Retail Merchandising meeting, Ecomm WIP and Catalog approval meetings and KWI weekly meeting.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES

Key Contact for Retail Store team(s) related to inventory planning and flow, replenishment, and bulk management

Key Contact for all Employee Store communication for all matters related to inventory flow, replenishment and bulk management

Key Contact for Retail Stores KWI back office system and seasonal data management

Responsible to maintain Retail Store inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands through monitoring and anticipating the rate of sale and monitoring of missed opportunities

Develop Excel based tools to review historical sales data to provide for accurate projections / weeks of life planning

Support the seasonal inventory buildup by providing clear and concise data and analysis on inventory performance at Retail for review with Demand Planning Manager.

Review sell thru and inventory levels to determine and review under/over-stock situations with Demand Planning Manager.

Responsible for communication internally with, Allocator, Shipping & QC Managers regarding product flow, allocation scheduling and Inventory Reserve maintenance.

Utilize SharePoint Planning site to communicate inventory reporting

Support seasonal inventory sell thru by early identification of risks & opportunities as it relates to excess/deficits at Retail

Support seasonal data management needs by identifying and communicating carry overs, leap frog carry overs, SMUs, seasonal price changes, UPC Masters

Execute regular Direct to Consumer bulk and Inventory Reserve revisions and uploads in Full Circle

Execute Customer Specific Pricing for all DTC promotions in Full Circle and KWI promotional pricing management

Key Contact for all Retail store transfers, RMAs and RA Management.

Refresh and communicate liquidation file for Sales team as needed

Manage Ecomm ATS Review and Custom ATS Management process

Performs other duties as assigned



KEY COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical ability and proven skills in utilizing analytical tools

Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity suite

Understanding of EDI preferred

Solid organizational and follow-up skills

Must be able to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills


YOU HAVE

Bachelors degree in related field preferred

3-5 years experience in apparel buying or Inventory analysis or management preferred

Retail Management System experience required, Full Circle preferred

Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint, Excel.
