Digital marketing specialist (social media and influencers managing)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Manage and program our social media channels with best-in-class content developing guidelines, editorial calendars, concepting and producing campaigns, and establishing a distinct copy tone, all with seamless visual & message consistency.
Build scalable social/digital programs that align to global and regional marketing initiatives and can be easily connected to local audiences.
Define the strategy of paid/owned/earned/shared social across the connected consumer funnel in a way that maximizes each social platforms unique strengths to drive brand preference, engagement, and store traffic.
Integrate athletes and influencers into social activations for key story amplification.
Activate and supervise a social care strategy, including a crisis management across channels.
Support Brand Marketing manager & Sr. Brand Marketing Specialist in leading cross functional campaigns as needed; work with key marketing stakeholders to align on project briefing, budget, communications and creative status; align key calendar dates with deliverables and communicates channel obligations from a regional perspective; may include seasonal creative concepts and marketing tool kits, etc.
Actualize and project the marketing campaign budget and spend for accurate maintenance and reconciliation.
Partner closely and work collaboratively with Merchant, Planning, Sales and Operations to identify seasonal product stories which should be included in regional social and media activation programs.
Lead & team with agency partners to drive consumer-oriented approach to engage a range of target audiences to meet marketing objectives in brand activations.


Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements/Skills

Bachelors degree in business or related discipline. Requires 4+ years marketing or communications related experience. Working experience in a global company, fashion industry is preferrable. Requires proficiency in both spoken and written English. Completion of or exemption from compulsory military service is required
