ABOUT THE POSITION

CSC ZH LO material team is responsible for planning/monitoring footwear materials needed to support the sample and production cycles. Meanwhile manage FGT and RMV compliance with CSC standard to ensure the product safety.

This position is report to material manager. Be responsible for researching and developing textile, coordinate & communicate with FGVs, RMVs, cross functional team on textile materials planning & OTP related issues, evaluating RMV materials delivery performance.

This position will be located in Zhuhai, China.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Leading textile material development and analysis activities related to all projects across whole product cycle from innovation to production. Leading and supporting to audit test standard of textile base on different composite/process materials.
Working with related functional team to analysis and solve textile failure across the product cycle. Work closely with HQ team to implement textile sourcing /developing strategy; Scouting of new textile materials, mostly sustainable alternatives; Application to packaging projects and trial coordination with projects teams.
Textile source base optimization, sample/production delivery tracking, textile RMVs performance evaluation, product Safety/Compliance involvement. Maintain a timely, accurate, stable flow of materials related data to respective internal and external counterparts, which including PDM RM data such as RMSF, lead time, MOQ etc, also including RM tracking report, OTP report, rolling prebuild, excess materials report, and RM D/N coordination. etc. Coordinate with PDX to check and ensure raw material forecast system is running smoothly and issue forecast to raw material vendors monthly.
Coordinate regular meetings with the FGVs material team and RMVs to strengthen the business relationship. Other task / project if needs

YOU ARE
Good English skill, both written and oral.
Good time management and project management skill to organize and plan effectively in material processes.
Familiar with performance and structural characterization of various textile basic materials.

YOU HAVE
University degree in textile materials.
3+ years of related experience in footwear manufacturing industry.
PC software, i.e., SAP, Power-BI, spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing.
