As a Senior HR Business Partner Manager, you will align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. You will often function as a business group consultant to assess and integrating HR solutions. These solutions will be built in collaboration with varied HR Centers of Excellence and designed to deliver value-added services reflective of business group objectives.
Within this role you will maintain an effective level of business group literacy across strategy, goals, culture, and competition to ensure articulation to the HR organization for the meaningful development of overarching HR strategic planning and input.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Execute on the HR aspects of short and long-term strategic initiatives of the function and business including organization design transformation, skills transformation and workforce planning
Manage and collaborate with HRBPs, COE, and Shared Services to support multiple business units
Build relationships of trust and respect across the business teams to facilitate effective coaching and guidance on leading through significant change, talent moves and selection and overall business execution
Participate with business in leadership meetings, off-site strategic sessions; facilitate development and strategic discussion with leadership team
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies specific to business unit needs
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations function
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs to support the business unit objectives. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions in partnership with employee relations)
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

YOUHAVE
HR Business Partner Experience equal to 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner engagement and 5+ years of experience in support Executive Senior Leadership
Proven management and team development experience
Experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR programs in support of business goals
A demonstrated knack for storytelling through analytics
Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across an enterprise
Proficiency creating strategic solutions in a Global HR Operating model; including Shared Services, and Center of Excellence functions and across regional hubs/functions
