HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

With a deep understanding ofprAna'sbrand, the Wholesale Marketing Manager oversees all aspect of brand marketing in support of our Wholesale Channel. This role is responsible for developing and executing unique, on-brand marketing campaigns in support of our core, major accounts, and emerging channel dealers, as well as marketing programs to all base dealers. Youll work with a cross-functional team to create, implement, and measure channel and account specific marketing programs bringing great ideas to life.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Strategy & Budget
Partner with Sales to develop and successfully execute on annual and seasonal marketing plans that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Establish annual goals and budget for all sales marketing accounts.

Forecast and manage/track spending throughout the year Strategize with Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop on-brand, relevant and impactful cross-channel seasonal messaging and marketing programs.

Work closely with the Product Merchandising team to align seasonal marketing plans with seasonal product assortments.

Proactively build and deliver wholesale marketing strategies specifically targeted towards key accounts (i.e., REI, Title Nine, Zappos, Amazon, Nordstrom, etc.).

Support the development of new accounts and channels.

Report on efforts, by diving into the results, learnings and defining appropriate KPIs.


Marketing programs for dealers
Foster strong business partnerships with key national and core accounts.

Brief and oversee the development and distribution of all POP, dealer signage, wholesale events, MDF expenditures, and windows for dealers.

Project manage the installation and update of shop-in-shops.

Communicate company news, seasonal messages, program updates, and special promotions to reps and dealers.


Tradeshows
Oversee, coordinate, and execute plans for tradeshows ensuring a superb brand experience.

Develop and brief brand take-aways for all national tradeshows.

Project manage signage, marketing materials, and general VM for tradeshows.

Budget for national tradeshows and monitor and project all expenses.

Plan and oversee all pre-show requirements and logistical needs, including reserving

Plan and coordinate for needed staff and labor resources for install, dismantle and onsite

services.

Plan and coordinate on-site execution of event plan.

Provide brand update and seasonal assets for international tradeshows.

Attend tradeshows to meet with accounts and present seasonal and overall marketing direction.


Sales Meetings
Provide brand update, Go-to Market overview, and seasonal direction to Sales Reps

Foster strong relationships with Sales Reps

Project manage signage, marketing materials, and general visual merch for sales meetings

Project manage workbook end to end (inventory, quantities, sku creation, tracking)

Work with wholesale team to plan format and rollout of sales meeting

Provide marketing support to the sales staff during the sales meeting


International
Partner with International sales team and distributors to develop and execute on marketing MDF plans that drive sales and increase brand awareness in targeted international markets.

Strategize with International sales team and distributors, and Creative to create international brand standards by market.

Brief and oversee the development and distribution of international marketing materials.

Deliver brand updates for use at international tradeshows.

YOU HAVE
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred

Minimum of five years marketing experience in wholesale environment, with knowledge of sales cycle, processes and business needs of internal sales teams, external reps, wholesale accounts and international distribution.

Strategy development and long-range planning.

Brand marketing programs and events experience.

Budgeting and ROI analysis.

Brand intuition and savvy to ensure continuity and consistency of brand aesthetic and imagery.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Experience working with national accounts.

Experience working in international markets a plus.

Apparel marketing experience helpful.
