ABOUT THE POSITION
The Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for our Canada Headquarters located in London, Ontario.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in the support of the Sales Management team and their associated teams.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Provide reports to Sales Management team as requested (historical seasonal sales dollars, initiative trackers, daily tracking of sales dollars, etc.).
Act as the primary Canadian Sales contact for the administration and implementation of sales order entry tools.
Act as the primary point of contact for support and training of sales reps on the latest tools.
Provide updates to the Canadian Management team on the latest tools and their effectiveness.
Maintain positive open lines of communication with all Columbia Sportswear management, staff and other departments in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.
YOU ARE
Skilled in word processing and spreadsheet applications, with specific focus on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook).
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that are somewhat difficult in nature.
Able to work effectively under deadline pressure and to adjust to constantly changing work environment
YOU HAVE
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Three to five years experience in a business environment, preferably with sales tool experience.
Excellent excel skills.
